When Connie Wilson opened the scoring in the opening minutes of the visit of Harefield United minds quickly referred to the early goals scored in an eventual 4-2 loss to Woking a fortnight ago.
As it happened, the visitors wasted no time in equalising but Michelle Melia soon settled a few nerves with a fine 30 yard strike that restored the Lady Moles lead.
Wilson then got her second after fine work down the right wing by Abi Dixon, converting at the near post to send Binfield in 3-1 at the break.
The second half inevitably saw pressure from Harefield who duly made it 3-2 with some good pressure.
Aside from a late push though, it was a good second half for Binfield who saw chances go begging from Wilson, centre back Fran Batt and Nancy Pottinger, though the latter got her second in two games after a set up by Wilson.
Full credit to the visitors who, like Holyport the previous week play the game the right way.
