| A fine sunny morning saw the teams meet in a tight encounter on a small pitch, tough defending making it difficult to score as both teams vied for the breakthrough in the early exchanges. The fast Woodley attack gave Binfield a few early scares, but both defences held firm for most of the first half, the deadlock broken with a good cross turned in by TC. |
| The second half saw Binfield more dominant with an early 2nd goal from TC again to settle the nerves, and the team creating many scoring chances, but failing to convert. |
| A few changes to the starting 11 saw Robert playing outfield, and having a storming game - adding a 3rd goal with a terrific long shot from the right wing. |
| Woodley rallied with a few testing attacks late on, but Binfield held on for a deserved win and should have scored more. Well done lads - another 3 points and a clean sheet. |
