A much changed Binfield side controlled this match throughout, with goalkeeper and captain for the day, Dan Weait, a spectator for the most part.

Callum Whitty and Mike Hancock came in to the centre of defence with Garry Callaway and Paul Shone unavailable, with Paul Mortimer on the right and Jordan Rowland fast establishing himself as Binfield's regular left back. And the defence enjoyed one of the easier afternoons they will get in the Hellenic Premier Division. Rob Westall made his first Binfield start in the middle and Garry Sargeant started up front with Ian Davies.

With just a penalty to show for their first half dominance, emphatically finished by the Moles best first half performer, Callum Whitty, the result remained in the balance at half time. In fact, Kidlington's bright spark on the left, Lewis Coyle, almost equalised when he picked up a short corner and tricked his way to shoot, but Dan Weait made his one major contribution, smartly pushing the shot over.

But the Moles put their opponents to the sword as the match wore on, giving the end scoreline a confidence boosting feel.

Early in the second half, Jos Millar finished James Suarez deft chip to the far post for the best goal of the match, before Mike Hancock added the third shortly afterwards, given time to turn and neatly volley his 3rd Moles goal after a weak punch from Jordan Rowland's corner. In between those goals, Lewis Coyle had again come close, with a 25 yard curling free kick that came back off the bar.

Late on with the Kidlington defence tiring, Ian Davies got through on a few occasions and neatly finished three of them for his 10th Binfield hat-trick.

Easter Monday sees the Moles last local derby of the season, when they travel to Wokingham & Emmbrook, kick off 3pm.
